Objectives: ·          Understand why it is important to develop a win-win culture. ·          Craft strategies to help you develop a culture of win-win. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Romans 12:10. What is one of the big things that breaks friendships and destroys teamwork? If you said conflict, you are right. Conflicts show up in different ways (quarrels, disagreements, temper tantrums etc.) but generally have the same results, if not handled correctly. While there is really almost nothing you can do to completely prevent conflicts, as a servant leader, there is a lot you can do to build a culture that encourages a win-win mentality. Where humans are concerned, there will be comparisons and competitions which will in turn lead to conflict. Knowing how to manage conflict is a key skill for all leaders as either pretending that conflict does...

Week 17 :-: Discipline – Overcoming stagnation

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves [with him]. Psalms 126: 5-6 But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified. 1 Corinthians 9:27 Personal discipline is the vehicle through which leaders can achieve their mission. It is living and being driven by the principles you value most, not by the agendas and forces surrounding you." ~Stephen R. Covey “When we are busy, we naturally believe that we are achieving. But busyness does not equal productivity. Activity is not necessarily accomplishment.” ~John C. Maxwell “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness...

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success” Joshua 1:7-8. “Success is the application of wisdom “ ~ Maurice Ndansi I love this John...
